Yes, Tessera offers individual leases on all floor plans. An individual lease means each resident signs their own contract and is only responsible for their bedroom and share of common areas. If a roommate transfers, drops out, or moves out mid-year, your rent does not change. Yes. Every unit at Tessera, studios through 4-bedroom apartments, comes fully furnished with a designer furniture package. This includes bedroom furniture, living room seating, dining table, and a 60–65" smart TV. All units also include high-speed internet and an in-unit washer and dryer. There is no need to purchase or transport furniture when moving in.
